Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases, services, digital products, educational materials, custom work, subscriptions, and interactions made through Xeryze.com, our Discord server, email communications, social media platforms, invoices, payment processors, or any affiliated platforms operated by us.
By purchasing, ordering, accessing, downloading, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Digital Services & Order Fulfillment
All products and services sold by Xeryze are digital services and/or virtual goods.
Once payment has been successfully received, work on the order may begin immediately. Typical turnaround times range between 1-7 business days depending on workload, project complexity, revision requests, queue size, and communication delays. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
Priority or express services may be offered for additional fees. Express orders are prioritized within our queue but do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate instructions, spellings, references, branding details, and required materials before work begins.
Failure to provide clear or accurate information may impact final results, and Xeryze shall not be held liable for customer-provided errors.
Revisions & Design Changes
All projects include revisions as specified in the purchased package or agreement.
A revision refers to modifications made to an existing concept or draft. Revisions do not include complete redesigns, entirely new concepts, or starting the project over from scratch unless agreed upon separately.
Once a design direction has been approved by the customer, substantial changes may require additional charges.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all drafts, previews, files, text, names, spelling, slogans, and branding details before approving final delivery.
Once final files are delivered and approved, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and custom design work, all sales are generally final.
Refund eligibility is determined solely at Xeryze’s discretion.
Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:
- The project has not yet been substantially started
- No initial concepts or previews have been delivered
- Delivery delays significantly exceed reasonable processing times without communication
- We determine that we are unable to complete the order
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Delayed customer responses
- Failure to provide required project information
- Subjective dislike after multiple revisions or previews
- Completed or substantially completed work
- Downloaded digital products or educational materials
- Failure to understand the service before purchasing
- Third-party platform limitations or account restrictions
If multiple concepts, revisions, previews, drafts, or deliverables have been provided, the order is considered materially fulfilled and non-refundable.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized transaction claims made after delivery, revisions, previews, downloads, or customer approval may be treated as fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback using all available evidence including but not limited to:
- IP address logs
- Device/browser information
- Email communications
- Discord conversations
- Revision requests
- Download logs
- Invoice records
- Payment verification
- Project approvals
- File delivery confirmations
- Account activity records
By purchasing from Xeryze, you acknowledge that digital services may begin immediately after payment and therefore waive certain refund rights where permitted under applicable law.
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized owner or permitted user of the payment method used
- All billing information provided is accurate
- You will not initiate fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
- You understand you are purchasing digital services and/or virtual goods
We reserve the right to request identity verification for suspicious, high-risk, or flagged transactions. Verification may include:
- Government-issued identification
- Confirmation of billing details
- Proof of payment authorization
- Additional anti-fraud verification
Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation or refusal of service.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false disputes, payment reversals, abuse, threats, harassment, or attempts to obtain services without payment may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Cancellation of licenses or usage rights
- Reporting to payment processors or fraud-prevention systems
- Legal action where applicable
Copyright, Trademarks & Similarity Disclaimer
All content, concepts, designs, graphics, branding materials, visuals, illustrations, text, layouts, and creative assets created by Xeryze remain the intellectual property of Xeryze unless ownership rights are explicitly transferred in writing.
Only the final approved design is transferred to the customer where ownership rights are included or purchased. Unused concepts, drafts, previews, and rejected designs remain the property of Xeryze.
We make reasonable efforts to create original work and reduce the likelihood of similarities with existing brands, logos, or artwork. This may include internal checks and tools such as reverse image searches and similarity research.
However, due to the large volume of designs, brands, artworks, trademarks, and content existing worldwide, Xeryze does not guarantee that any work will be completely unique or free from similarities to third-party content.
The customer acknowledges and accepts that:
- Similarities may unintentionally exist
- We do not guarantee trademark approval or registration
- We do not provide legal trademark services
- Final responsibility for trademark checks, legal usage, and commercial registration belongs to the customer
In the rare event a legitimate similarity concern arises, Xeryze may, at its discretion, assist with reasonable modifications to help resolve the issue.
Xeryze shall not be held liable for trademark disputes, copyright claims, brand conflicts, rejected trademark applications, third-party legal claims, platform takedowns, or related damages after final delivery has been approved.
Portfolio & Promotional Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Xeryze reserves the right to display completed or in-progress work in portfolios, advertisements, social media, marketing materials, showcases, or promotional content.
Confidential or NDA-based projects must be requested and agreed upon before work begins.
Educational Content & Digital Products
Educational materials, guides, courses, downloads, templates, and digital resources are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
We do not guarantee financial success, business growth, social media growth, monetization, specific results, client acquisition, or income generation.
Results vary between individuals based on skill, effort, experience, market conditions, consistency, and other external factors.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sharing, leaking, or reproduction of digital products or educational materials is strictly prohibited.
Access to digital products may be revoked without refund in cases involving fraud, chargebacks, leaks, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeryze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of our services, delays or interruptions, lost revenue or profits, trademark or copyright disputes, third-party platform actions, business losses, technical issues, or customer misuse of deliverables.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to anyone at any time for reasons including but not limited to abuse toward staff, harassment, fraudulent activity, excessive revision abuse, chargeback threats, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
Payment Processors
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, and cryptocurrency processors.
Use of these payment services may also be subject to their individual terms and policies.
Privacy & Data Usage
We may collect technical and transactional information including IP addresses, browser/device information, payment metadata, Discord usernames, email records, and order activity.
This information may be used for fraud prevention, security, chargeback defense, service improvement, and legal compliance.

Governing Terms
By purchasing from Xeryze, you acknowledge that:
- You understand the nature of digital/custom services
- You have reviewed project details before purchasing
- You agree not to misuse refund systems or payment disputes
- You accept these Terms in full
